First dates are for getting to know someone, so I think going for a walk in the park, having lunch or another meal where we can sit across from one another and talk, going to a museum or a similar outing would be great for a first date. I would like to get to know a down to earth Black man who enjoys good conversation and who does not mind being goofy at times. Ultimately, I would like to find Mr. Right to give myself to completely. I want to meet someone who is confident enough to know who he is and what he wants, but who can laugh at himself and can really enjoy the simple pleasures in life. Old fashion chivalry should not be dead to the man in my life because I like to be treated like a lady. I am very generous. I am willing to give of myself to the right man, but I need the man in my life to do the same for me. I am looking for a friend first and foremost.
