Reading a book under the quilts on a cold day next to someone warm. New England in the Fall. Exploring this country and others as well. Kissing babies' feet. Stroking the cat, or a satin coverlet. The scents of the wet redwoods in Eureka or the carrotty smell of the sea and the lemon groves and the fog in Santa Barbara. Pink roses, Lily of the Valley, Pansies, Iris. Eye to Eye contact, holding hands, sharing a meaningful look across a room or across the table. Loving up my guy and him loving me up right back. Laughing myself silly. Cracking you up. Sunsets at Grizzly Peak. Or at the beach. Or from the porch. Finding an old piece of furniture and refinishing it. Puzzles, if the cats and dog would cease
