Hi, I'm Mike, thanks for checking out my profile. Obviously I'm here to meet new people, so here's what I'd like you to know about me. I'm a geek but also a bit of an athlete. I'm an eccentric and a hedonist, and I'm always looking for something new and exciting. I enjoy Kung fu, MMA, reading (mostly non-fiction), some anime and manga, conventions, cosplay, ballroom and contra dancing, raves, ****, table-top RPG's (D&D, Dark Heresy, Call of Cthulhu, M:tG etc.)... pretty much anything cool and imaginative, with a fantasy, SF, horror, or gothic vibe to it. I'm a very independent person, and I tend to flit between different social circles; but I'm still an introvert at heart. I drink pretty regularly but that's mostly a solo activity - when I'm socializing or with someone I'm interested in, I usually prefer to be sober. But I can also be quite the party animal, once I get going, if I'm in the right setting. I don't care how you feel about this, and I'm not going to change. I think my most attractive qualities are my intelligence, outspokenness, sense of humor, creativity, patience, honesty, supportiveness, and ability to listen. Physically, I've been told I have a sexy voice, nice forearms, and a generally good physique.

Please note, I'm not in a hurry to get into anything serious - I won't commit to someone unless I feel I could spend my life with her. In the meantime, I'm still looking for female companionship, but I'm only looking for open relationships/friends with benefits right now. That said, I'm not looking for one-night stands, looking to hook up with just any random girl, and I'm not the type to put pressure on someone.
