Me describiría a mi mismo como
I'm a writer, writing a novel – my style is science fiction and fantasy with Tales of the Crypt-style suspense, morbid humour and an inventive imagination. I focus on the details, get inspired by the image I have in my mind of the setting and use that to inform the action. From that I spew dialogue onto the page and that gives me an idea of who the characters are. Once I know that it’s more of an organic process of refining the world of the story.
I’m a few weeks from graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing. I’m learning computer programming by reading books and I am to take a short course as well. Next year I'll be studying concept design for scenery, creatures and props (film and theatre) and prosthetics. In my spare time I enjoy horror DVDs, reading horror and science fiction novels, reading DC comics and graphic novels, playing Magic: the Gathering and Sega video games. I can cook. I love travelling, I've been to Munich, Los Angeles, Paris, Spain, Bahrain, China, Amsterdam, England, Cairns, Brisbane, Auckland, Coromandel, Turangi, Waikato, Wairoa, Dunedin and now I live in Wellington, New Zealand. I have a few close friends that I can count on and try to spend time with when I can. I'm on here to make new friends. My favourite foods are German Dumplings, Chinese Dumpling Soup, Banana ice cream with blackberries and palm seeds, Spearmint Thickshake, Hot chips and Toad in the hole with Strawberry Mousse for dessert.
