I believe in being respectful and understanding towards other people. I value kindness,, honesty, and open communication. I like to help others if it is in your ability to do so. I believe in a strong family unit and a bond between two people and embracing the opportunity to be a better person for myself and others around me.
I've told my best feature is my heart. I can be a bit shy and quiet to begin with and around people I don't know, but once you get to know me you have a friend for life.
I enjoy having the company of someone to share things with whether it be going to the movies or catching up with friends over a BBQ, going out for a drive, dinner, or just DVD at home on the couch. I am open to try new things with the right person. I enjoy reading books when I can find the time.
I have done a little bit of overseas travel, and would one day like to go again for a holiday with that someone special.
I have a cat and a dog who I adore and they both make me laugh and they are great companions.
