My name is Lindsay, and I just finished Graduate Studies at UBC. Single life is treating me well, but companionship is definitely lacking. To start off with I'm just looking for someone to spend time with and develop a relationship from the ground up.

I just moved back to Edmonton and landed a sweet government job, so it looks like I'm here for the long term! It's my hometown, so it's nice to catch up with friends and family. Plus summer in Edmonton is beautiful.

I’ve recently embarked on a journey of experience and self-fulfillment, and I’m looking forward to getting the most out of life.

I am not seeking a date because my biological clock is ticking. I merely miss having someone to share conversation, laughs and intimacy with.

I spend my weekends reading, writing, watching films and going to the river valley for walks and photographs. While I enjoy the company of a man, and enjoy activities in a couple situation, I’m also independent, and like to spend time on my own. Many of the activities that I enjoy are fairly solitary, but could be made more fun with another person.

I do not like spending time with groups of people. I never have...I'm a one-on-one kind of girl.

I am a frugal woman and enjoy seeking fun and exciting activities that cost little or no money. I don't have a car, and I honestly don't feel the need to have one.

My style is more functional over stylish and I have a limited wardrobe, so if you're looking for a fashionista, that's not me. I’m simple and find classic pieces work best for me. I don't wear make up, don't put stuff in my hair and can be ready to go in about 6 minutes.

What am I looking for? Friendship, companionship, intimacy and love. Great combo, eh? In a mate, I’m looking for someone who is single, who can laugh and enjoy themselves. Someone to share life with, who enjoys trying new things and enjoys conversation, cuddling, cooking and the desire for life-long knowledge and learning. Right now I am looking mainly for friends. If something more develops, that's great.

I’m looking for a man who is artistic, funny, kind, sensitive and intelligent. I like men who know the value of time and who want to get the most out of their interactions. Also, someone who loves music or plays an instrument is a bonus.
