Me describiría a mi mismo como

I am almost 50 years old (but certainly don't act it, I've been told I act much younger), two grown successful kids. Loving life, enjoying friends. I love to camp (nothing too rustic though), sitting around a campfire with a glass of wine. I love to knit and have a very close set of "knitting" friends. (no, we don't sit in rockers and talk about grandkids, most of us don't have any grandkids) sometimes we knit, sometimes we "don't". I would love to travel, my family is from the south, three brothers and my mom. I have two terrific children, a daugter that is special needs and is very happily married to a wonderful, very supportive man who adores her, a son that is in Afghanistan and is the captain of his crew(rowing) team in college. (he decided to do this his senior year of college). I have two dogs that keep me company (small). I love to laugh, don't mind being laughed at sometimes. I really am looking for someone to just have fun with, go out or stay in...doesn't matter. I enjoy going out for a few drinks. I like almost any kind of music (maybe not rap) I don't play "head games", I am not an emotional roller coaster type person. I have had several "hard knocks" in my life and have decided that life is just too short for too much drama. I am self supportive and own my own place and want to keep it that way (unless something totally magical happens). My "career" is driving a school bus and although I have had other offers of employment, I enjoy this more than anything I have ever done. I love the kids and they love me. Even on a bad day it ends up good mostly because of my job. I am very much looking forward to the second half of my life, living as I have always wanted............Happy!!
